Guest guest
Hi, Last night I took lactobaccillus acidophilus for the first time - 1 cap with dinner. I had morning D - should I assume it was the probiotic? The bottle says no starch, corn, soy, gluten, sugar, art colors/flavors, yeast, wheat, grain or egg products. The only new food was chard & kale but it didn't bother me after dinner like problem foods usually do. Should I go back to my basic veggies and try the acidohpilus again? Guest guest
Yes, the only way to know is to add one thing at a time. Maybe when you try again it would be a good idea to open the casule and try a smaller amount. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/04 > > Hi,
