Guest guest Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 I have noticed that I have more mucus D at night after dinner and through the night if I eat anything other than intro stuff and I cannot have a snack before bed- I think it's the bugs. Anyway, anyone have any ideas for meal replacement drinks (no steak smoothies here). I'll keep my high calorie stuff for the daytime but I wonder if anyone has had this issue, what they think it is and what they did about it. Thanks for all the support!
