Sites for SCD Legal foods

Hi! I am new to this group and the scd diet - 1 week strong!

Has anyone ever purchased anything from Digestivewellness.com? Are

there other sites or stores that you know of that have SCD legal foods

pre-packaged or ingredients you can buy in bulk? I am in Raleigh, NC.

All of this is a little overwhelming and I don't see how I can make my

on own bread, etc... with 2 small children and a full time job.

Hi, I just received almond flour, honey apricot jam and almondine (almond

butter). All are awesome . I also bought two yogurt makers and a cheese

maker from Digestive Wellness when I started the diet. Haven't tried other

sites yet but I'm sure you'll get other responses.

We purchase all our almond and (cashew flour - this is more advanced I'm told

and hubby and I eat it not our son) from them as well as our honey & vanilla.

We have purchased numerous items over the past year from them and love doing

business with them. They have great customer relations. We bought pre baked

items and loved them in the beginning - that was before we got our confidence up

on our own baking skills. Oh and we purchase the marinara sauce from them too -

our son will not eat anything tomato so it is just mom and dad eating it.
