If there is only 1 deductible for Medicare, I met it in January. " There is only one deductible, which you probably met in January. After that, there is a copay. The next term is called a stop loss, which means the total amount you pay between the deductible and the copay. After you meet your stop loss, then there is no longer a copay, until the next year.
