Guest guest
Frequent need to pee often is associated with urinary infection. The urgency of it, can be VERY distressing to anybody, let alone a young child. This could keep anyone up at night...and on the toliet. It can often cause problems such as diarrhea and change in bowl function. Infections in the bladder can affect the intestines. It can happen with or without fever. In light of the length of time that you hvae been eating SCD, if he was my child, I would have him check ASAP FOR BLADDER INFECTION. They often go hand in hand with fungus. Not always bacterial. So make sure that they know what caused it, if he is possitve for bacterial... Antibiotics will be prescribed. At this point, make sure that he take S Boulardi during his antibiotic treatment. Also have him eat yogurt and accidolphilus. If it is funal, the doctor might have to prescribe him an antifungal. Again, the yogurt and accidolphilus will be benifitual. Hope your son gets well soon. IF it is a Bladder infections are miserable...just miserable. I feel for him if this is the problem. Antoinette and family of five Silly Yaks.
