Guest guest
Sam, After telling you about the exercises, I got on my rocker two nights ago and did 15 minutes. By today, all my swelling has gone down and I have visible ankles again!! Thanks for asking, at least that has gone away....(for now....lol!) When I asked my Endo about the edema, explaining that I'd never had it before, he did say that it was common with diabetes. Yet, I wouldn't think that it was exclusive to diabetics, though. It's an indicator of poor circulation, which could be caused by various other reasons. An example that I can think of is that during the winter when I lived in northern New York, I was always prone to getting cold hands and cold feet before anyone else would. My blood pressure is very low, and my childhood doctor said that I had slow circulation as a result. I guess that might have something to do with it. How about you?
