But I think I personally would eat them. Whether or not I would give them to the rest of my family depends on how long " overnight " was. When I was a kid my mom left stuff out overnight all the time and we still ate it. I don't chance it any more and compared to everything else a pot of carrots is relatively cheap. Still drives me nuts when I do it.
