I have digestive and nutrition problems and short bowl syndrome among other issues to loose any moor intestine 16 " -24 " for any of these procedures and the fact that the pjs is also a life long ailments that may cause me to loose moor intestine im running out.. Guest guest
I could be really wrong but I thought that there was a procedure out there that spares the small intestine completely (?) the berger? or a modified whipple (?). I can try to find out for you if you want but I bet there are people here who know for sure. I think I have some references on surgical options that I downloaded for a friend so it wouldn't be too much of a hassle to look up the info for you. laurie
Guest guest
Hi Skip: Just wanted to say hello and welcome to you. I'm not familiar with enough with any of the procedures you mentioned to offer you any knowledge or advice but there are many here that I know have either had or are about to have many of the procedures you mentioned so I'm sure you'll get good advice from some of them. Best wishes to you
