A lot of us on here take Miralax every day. It is a nonaddictive, tasteless, oderless, powder that completely dissolves in any liquid. It helps with both diahrrea and constipation by balancing out the fluids in your intestinal tract. You can only get it by prescription but it is well worth the effort. It is rather expensive as my deductable for the name brand is $40 but only pay $5 for the generic. Are you drinking enough water? Behing dehydrated can also make your stools harder. I'm not talking soda, or juice, or tea, just plain ole water. IBS can also cause constipation. I have had it for along time and I think a lot of cp sufferers have to deal with IBS. I dont know why, but it just seems that way. I hope this helps some.
