Mankosky Pain scale

Gee, I have never looked at any pain scale that was written out and

all that. I never knew what my actual pain was all of this time (10

years) until now and I am a bit more than surprised. I guess,

sometimes, ignorance is really bliss. I live day to day and most all

of the time at a level 8 on the pain scale. This helps me to

understand how somethings in my life just don't fit anymore like they

used to. I guess it takes a lot of one's energy just to deal with

this much less to try to accomplish anything. Man, I am on a real

bummer right now.
