Hi Jan-

You and I are a lot alike...I am learning that pushing myself is not

doing anyone I love a favor...and when the pain starts I tend to find

a couch more often... Ah the lessons we learn with this pain...in one

way I wish it were more consistent (like if I continue to push this,

this pain will happen) rather than playing roulette (if I continue to

push this, I may or may not regret this later). I play roulette and

lose quite a bit...but sometimes I get lucky too!

Thanks for your advice. I am slowly learning to accept my life as it

is now...although I miss the old me at times...lost a lot of friends

because of CP. But I have also found some wonderful friends because

of CP too. Thank you again for your wonderful advice! I appreciate

it.
