Hi everyone

I have been trying to call Barbara for days now and can only get

the recording, I have left several messages but havent heard from

them yet. I have been approved by Dr.R and am just waiting to book a

date. is there another number I should try?? Ive been calling 919-479-

Vicki,

I will be the FIRST one to tell you to TRY to be

patient. Keep leaving messages and hang in there. Dr.

R. recommends that you use e-mail instead. Try that...

That's the number... maybe try emailing her, also.. She's a pretty busy lady.

Good luck on getting through.

When you email her ask for the date you are wanting in the email, it may help.

My goodness I am going to have to move to Durham and volunteer my time to man

the phone and calm the Pre-ops...patience is still the name of the game..he

has a very small staff and the volume of patients is over whelming...they

will get to you...I understand how you feel..getting a date is so

Important..Its like a birthday...the new you for the rest of your life..trust

me the wait is worth it...take care and know your date will come up soon...

You need to call first thing in the morning (9am their time) and you should

be able to reach Barbara. Once you get someone on the line ask them to page

her.
