Hi, Goran,

I'm not familiar with the term " mini sweetener " . Is this just a form

of saccharine? Saccharine is legal.

The liquids your son is drinking from the cooked fruit should be

diluted 50% with water.

Are you removing the peels from the plums when you make compote and

marmelade? You should remove them. If you do not remove the peels,

it is still legal, but it is advanced. Your son needs to do more

healing before he can have the peels.

Your almond bread is legal, but it's probably too soon for the nut

flour.

Red peppers are legal. Remove the skin by steaming or roasting.

Cook well (for right now).

Goran, I had another thought. Maybe you don't have to dilute the fruit

liquid. You said it was a " compote " but then you also said he was

drinking it, so I was confused. Juice needs to be diluted. Compote is

stewed fruit and does not need to be diluted. If you are just using

the liquid from the stewed fruit, and not the fruit itself, I would

treat it like juice and dilute it.

in water.....
