Hi All,

I finally convinced to sign on to the group here. She's not at

all convinced that the diet can work, and I, because of my numerous

false starts, have been very bad at convincing her. Any advice you

can give her about making the diet easier for her would be greatly

appreciated. She specifically asked about diarrhea in the early

going. That's an important question. Also, if you have any

experiences about things going badly at first, and turning out well

eventually, that would help greatly, too.

Hi Wayne,

There have been lots of instances of people having trouble on the diet

and when they figure out what has been holding them back and remove it

things start to improve.
