Guest guest
Hi I have just started my 8 yr old on the SCD and would like to try him on the chicken pancakes, but he doesnt tolerate eggs very well(ok if he has a couple or so a week)but as I am looking for a pancake that he can eat daily I was wondering if there is an egg alternative that will work in this reecipe(I did try and make them today using pear sauce as a binder but they jusst stuck to the pan). eegards majidha hanif
Guest guest
I'm sorry your pancakes didn't turn out. You might put more oil on the pan and make the pancakes very small. Have you tried organic, free- range eggs? Sometimes people do better with eggs if they're organic. There are some other egg-replacers here: http://www.pecanbread.com/new/recipes1.html mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
