Guest guest
I used to work at MUSC, its a huge univeristy hospital. I even got my nursing degree there, the BSN. I hope to go back to work there. I cant lie, they will just see right through me. It would be obvious. I wokred with the OR's. Prepping the patients that came in for surgery. Since I had most of my surgeries there all my old co-workers know that I had been ill. I did not talk about it much, it would just upset me and they respected that. However, I know they talked about it behind my back. My nurse manager at the time was telling them that pancreatitis was a disease of alcoholism. Such a idiot. She was later fired not long after I resigned. What goes around comes around. But anyway I know that some of those folks still may believe that. Bummer huh. Glad things are getting better for you. I have been reading your post and it sounds like you are making some really good progress and moving forward. That is so wonderful. I think you have a little rotweiller in you as well...LOL.
