Legal Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Supplements

Are 's vitamins and minerals legal. They were recommended by a

nutritionist.

What multi-vitamin and mineral supplements do you use? We have used

the DRN supplements from Kirkman and Lee Silsby, but they mess up my

son's bowel movements (he's 4.5 years old, PDD-NOS, SCD since April).

We have instead been just adding one supplement at a time, but that's

driving me a bit crazy, and I would prefer to find a good multi-vitamin

and mineral. I looked at Brainchild and then realized that they are

not SCD legal. Any ideas?

It depends on which ones they are and what the ingredients are.
