Thank you so much le,

I am doing better... You see I work on the week/ends, fri. and Sat. nights and

I'm on the road during meal times,, I use to eat whatever I found out there,

White Castle, whoppers, chicken nuggets, not large amounts but all the wrong

foods... I thought it was okay because I needed to eat and didn't have the time

for healthy food, like salads etc.

Now, when I am out (working) I'm looking over all the fast food joints, thinking

how good just one bite of that would be...

Tonight, I went to the drive up at Mc donalds and ordered a children's happy

meal of mcnuggets... There were four of them, and a sm. order of fries, and I

had a lemonaide, child's size... I CHEWED A PIECE OF NUGGET UP REAL GOOD AND

SPIT IT OUT!! I did this for all four pieces, I also chewed about 10 fries, and

spit them also, I tasted the lemonaide, way to sweet, and hurt the belly bad...

so I threw that away..

I saved the chewed stuff to show my husband..haha (notlike he wanted to see

that)

This is just a struggle I am having.. I'll get through it, I know I will, It's

just an adjustment. I feel I am winning though.

The other food I actually ate today was 1/2 c. jello for breakfast, another 1/2

c. for lunch, and I tried some macaroni with diced tomatoes... only 4 sm. bites

went down.. ugh, and you're right, it wasn't what I thought it would be.
