Guest guest Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 jerry has your pain gone down any, I saw your email and it sounds dreadful I use the tens but I never researched teh exact spots, but what works for me is put the pads reversed above and below th left shoulder blade, also have you tried the antioxidants, and breathing thru it, its just something I learnt the other week, when an attack is there you breath hold your breath and repeat to slow your breathing down. concentrate on that only, they say thats about all you can try and control at the pain level you are at. What meds are you taking> Clondine and neurontin and cloanzepam have helped the pain for me. hope you are doing better. I have insomnia, cant sleep but am shattered I think its the oxynorm I have taken. i have just emailed the head of dept of the anesthetist to give them a hurry up for my block, more meds and a plan if for when I end up in th eEr , lol this will make you smile .
