Guest guest
I have been doing goat's milk yogurt for my son but we only use it in baking so I'm constantly having to throw out the majority of my non- dairy yogurt starter because it has expired before we can use it all. It becomes quite costly. Since my son can tolerate cow cheese can I assume that cow yogurt will be okay too? Is there a particular brand of yogurt starter I should use or can I use store bought plain yogurt as a starter? Thanks! What brand is it? <<It becomes quite costly. Since my son can tolerate cow cheese can I > assume that cow yogurt will be okay too?>> If he tolerates cow cheese cow yogurt should be okay. If you have not had active yogurt (all yogurt baked?) be on the watch for die off the first few times. << though Is there a particular brand > of yogurt starter I should use or can I use store bought plain yogurt > as a starter?>> http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yog_star ters.htm I use yogurmet starter and Progurt.
