Cow's Milk Yogurt

I have been doing goat's milk yogurt for my son but we only use it in

baking so I'm constantly having to throw out the majority of my non-

dairy yogurt starter because it has expired before we can use it all.

It becomes quite costly. Since my son can tolerate cow cheese can I

assume that cow yogurt will be okay too? Is there a particular brand

of yogurt starter I should use or can I use store bought plain yogurt

as a starter?

Thanks!

Do you mean non (cow) dairy starter? What brand is it?

If he tolerates cow cheese cow yogurt should be okay. If you have not

had active yogurt (all yogurt baked?) be on the watch for die off the

first few times.
