Goat milk vs cow's milk?

Hi All,

My son hates the goat yogurt no matter how much I disguise it and/or sweeten

it (dips, salad dressings, smoothies, etc). I really want the probiotic action,

but it's just a no go. My question is, what if I make 24-36 hour cow's milk

yogurt? Wouldn't the process denature the harmful proteins in this milk as well?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, the cow milk proteins are denatured in the cow milk yogurt.
