Gelatin Sauce?

I tried this last night to replicate beef consume. I added gelatin to organic

beef broth and it actually did help to thicken it somewhat. I say give it a try!

The recipe called for a 10 ounce can of beef consume. So I estimated the amount

of broth and added less than one packet of gelatin. I let it sit at room

temperature for a little bit so it would dissolve.
