Guest guest
I think one person already said this, but the outer temperature of the water and the container need to be higher than ~110 in order to maintain the temperature of ~110 inside the machine. The heat has to be high enough to account for the barrier of the container and to maintain the temperature even to the center of the yogurt container. If you're getting good yogurt out of the machine, treat the machine gently and enjoy the yogurt happily till that baby is no longer producing.
