Guest guest
Hi jo, Possibly, it depends on how long you have been on the diet, if he was still going through initial die off (from starting the diet), what amount you started with, how quickly you increased the amounts. Some people need to go very slowly with the yogurt and increasing the amounts. Some need to skip days in between or stay at small amounts for days or weeks as they process out the toxins released as harmful microbes die off. The yogurt is wonderful but pretty potent and the resultant die off can be very overwhelming. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and <<Is this die off or a reaction.
