Hi Suzi, I went thru the process also. Took almost 2 years to get a

court date. Here's a great piece of advice: I called my Congressman

after waiting 22-23 months for a hearing, and he sent a letter to the

Office of Hearing and Appeals and I had a court date in 1 month. Your

Congressman should have a constituent advocate who handles these

things. I have friends here in Vermont that took over 2 1/2 years to

see a judge. My Congressman is also helping to get my student loans

cancelled. Hope this helps...Jim
