Theresa,

Yes, my " kids " ...still think of them that way even though they are in

their late 20's and early 30's, are super people......even though they

didn't let me win the Scrabble game...sigh. Tonight we have a

rematch, and without that kind of worry hanging over my head, I plan

to ace the game!

All is well this morning, as we prepare for 's 33rd birthday

feast tonight. , Austin and all love Mexican food, so

I'm preparing one of their favorites, a Mexican chicken casserole that

I devised several years ago. I'm convinced that after cooking all of

's favorite meals this week, that I've probably gained too many

pounds to count, and have been afraid to get on the scales to find

out! Fortunately, he is not a cake eater, so we'll have to put the

candles on homemade cookies, instead!

Theresa, how goes it with you? Any news on the immediate horizon with

your job search? It was quite a blow both for you, and Laurie, this

week, and I've been wondering what the outcome has been for you.

Please keep us updated. If I missed a post with any news about this,

due to my inability to get to the computer this weekend, please post

any news again. I've got my fingers crossed that things work out for

you soon.
