Here is a recipe I thought you all would enjoy.

V D B Farms Pumpkin Pudding

In a medium bowl beat together until smooth:

2 cups pumpkin puree

4 Tbls. honey

4 Eggs

2 Tbls. Ghee

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. cloves

1/2 tsp. ginger

Dash of sea salt

1 lemon rind grated

Pour into stoneware pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until

knife comes out clean. After it is fairly cooled put in refrigerator. Enjoy!

Hi Beth,

Thanks for the great recipe, I'll be trying this out. :)

I want to make sure that all newbies know that canned pumpkin is not

SCD legal. You need to make your own pumpkin puree.
