V D B Farms Pumpkin Pudding In a medium bowl beat together until smooth: 2 cups pumpkin puree 4 Tbls. honey 4 Eggs 2 Tbls. Ghee 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger Dash of sea salt 1 lemon rind grated Pour into stoneware pan. I want to make sure that all newbies know that canned pumpkin is not SCD legal. You need to make your own pumpkin puree.
