Olives

My daughter has been on the diet for almost 1 1/2 years now and I was

wondering if anybody knew if these kind of olives I bought for her are

legal. They are called Tasso Olives and they are without pits. The

ingredients are: olive oil, vinegar, water, sea salt, olives are greek and

they are pasteurized. Anybody think these are ok? Or if they are without the

pits that is not legal? Any answers would help!

Thanks,
