I placed an order for some yogurt starter but haven't received any

word from the company on when it will ship, by what method, or how

long it will take to arrive. My credit card was charged the 26th of

Sept. I have emailed the company three times now with no response. I

can't find a phone number or anything on their website. Does anyone

have a phone number or other contact for them?
