I'm looking for a simple breakfast idea that avoids our IgG allergies

(dairy, eggs, almonds & citrus - wheat, too, not that it matters)

I was thinking of trying something with a meat like chicken or turkey &

some fruit. (We're already doing chicken nuggets & apples for another

meal so I'd like it to be something other than apples, too.) Does

anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

Have you tried the chicken tots recipe at www.pecanbread.com? For

breakfast you might want to use less or no garlic. Once I made a sort

of spicy pear butter by cooking down pearsauce until thick and added

spices to taste (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove).

Hi Grace,

You could make some turkey patties with ground turkey. Also homemade

pork sausage either crumbled or shaped into patties.

Also see http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes/r_041_00068.php More

breakfast ideas at: http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes/r_006_00003.php

For fruit you can try homemade pearsauce or a fruit compote - apples,

pears, peaches etc.. peeled, cut up and simmered in a little water

until softened.
