Guest guest
I believe white tea would then be legal. its from the same plant as black tea... the leaves are just harvested younger. it is thus healthier for the body and much more of a delicacy. my hubby is fanatical about teas. we have perhaps 20 different types in the kitchen. this will be good incentive for us to eat strict for the next year so he can go back to teas next year. i hate bread, who needs milk, sugar or rice... but please, we love our teas! ;0) hehe but its worth it to give them up for a year or TWO (it will probably take that long for me) if it means getting healthy. -kelly
Guest guest
Hi , I am not sure about the white tea. Is it younger than green tea leaves? Elaine set a maximum of 2 c/day with green tea. I'd be concerned if there are unconverted compounds (unripe) in the white tea leaves. A lot of teas have natural flavours added. As you heal you can creative with tea making them with lemon, spices, nut milks etc..and other legal foods.
