Guest guest
Dear Angie, How very sorry I am to hear about your father. It is so difficult to have an ill parent, and I know you must feel exhausted and mentally worn out due to your worry for him. It's a blessing that he came out of his heart attack, and back like he did. You must be so grateful for this reprieve. He will be in my prayers, and that includes prayers for the health of his brain, as well. Just so you know, my father had two heart attacks, one when he was 64 and one when he was 74. They installed a pacemaker after his second heart attack, and this month he'll be 83! Your dad may have a lot of time ahead of him, too. Try not to worry, look after yourself, and hopefully your doctor will find something else for you to use that won't give you those horrible headaches. Please let us know how things are going with everything, when you have the time. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Guest guest
Thanks guys so much! I am on my way in just a few minutes to go to the hospital. We get to see him from 9:00 - 9:30. I do believe in the power of prayer so please those of you who do pray, please pray for him. My daughter broke down and cried this morning on her way to school. I may have to go get her and just let her sit with me and my mom in the hospital today. I don't want her to miss school too much but I don't want her to sit and worry all day either. My children know my dad is really sick but I haven't told them that he is very near death's door. I don't want them to carry that pain with them. I have tried to keep their lives as normal as possible. I have great friends who have helped out with my kids etc. Thanks again and I will let you guys know what is going on! I had a horrible panc attack last night and only slept about 2 hours. I know the stress is aggravating it. But that is the least of my worries right now. Love ya'll!
