Yes!!! I did misunderstand and While looking at labels I left Wal-Mart even more

confused and said I will try Earth Fare!!!

Thanks for the clarifications...it's hard to read and soak in every detail with

Just to clarify; Good Old Shortening is not OK. As Sheila says it is ok to

use two items she referred to as " shortening " they are Spectrum 100% palm

oil or coconut oil. These are not you typical " good old shortening " such as

Crisco. Crisco is probably one of the worst thing we can eat. It is a

partially hydrogenated fat which is extremely unhealthy. I just wanted to

clarify

this if you were thinking it was OK to use a Crisco type of product. If you

read about Palm Oil and Coconut Oil you will find out that these products are

very healthy and nothing like Crisco, good old shortening.
