Guest guest
I just started the intro diet yesterday. I'm doing it with my 8 year old son who has autism. Yesterday late afternoon I started getting a headache. I still have it and it's worse. What can I do to make it better. I can hardly function. Thanks. Epsom salt baths and/or activated charcoal may help. Scroll down to the bottom of the page http://pecanbread.com/new/temporarysymptoms.html Are you getting enough of the legal carbs on the intro? Guest guest
Thanks for the link. Yes, it sounds like I'm having die off. That's funny. I wasn't even really doing this diet for me but for my son that has autism. I will try the suggestions. Diane Sounds like a die off headache. Epsom salt baths and/or activated charcoal may help. Guest guest
I have to tell you what I did to get rid of the die-off headache. First, I took two activated charcoal capsules. Then a few minutes later my Mother-in-law told me to try a peroxide enema. The peroxide kills out yeast and the enema washes out the die-off. I don't know if that's legal on the diet or not, but I was desperate to get rid of the headache. As soon as I was done with the enema my headache was gone! I feel pretty good today. Is the peroxide enema okay to do on this diet for die-off? Diane
