Guest guest
I broke my kitchen aid this morning(sob!) and it won't be fixed for about a week. i usually grind my own meat, so I don't know what brand of ground Turkey is legal. I know Jenni-o has Rosemary extract in it-is that legal? Teena
Guest guest
Hi Teena, I was told by someone on one of our lists that rosemary extract is legal. I've been using Jennie-O turkey for a year and haven't had problems. Guest guest
Hi Teena, Sorry, 'bout your kitchen aid - that stinks! Pure rosemary extract is okay. You have to ensure there is nothing but the pure extract added. Guest guest
I've contacted the company that makes Honeysuckle White ground turkey and I was told that " The carrier that is used for the rosemary is propylene glycol. " Jennie-O may do it the same. Does propylene glycol sound legal? I sure hope so as it's better than the ones with MSG added, but I don't know.
