Have you tried eating foods that are lower on the glycemic index Debbie?

The only thing I eat now is broiled or poached fish, turkey, vennison,

free range eggs, blenderized fresh vegetables, maybe a half slice of

whole wheat bread, peaches mashed up, some strawberries, soup broths with

NO fat, organic if I can find. That is about it, so everything is low

GI. Occasionally a yam or sweet potato and only a slice of them per day

as my treat with fat free and lactose free butter. Can't get any lower

than that. Any ideas. Deb
