Actually the fruit isn't low GI.....and the whole Wheat bread isn't either

unless you have about 4 grams of fiber in each slice or more

Fruit and the ww bread are moderate on the GI scale and it is hard for me

to believe that a half a slice of bread and a half a peach could raise my

BS that much. What do you think? Is this insulin resistance? Is it

because the pancreas is starting to break down more? Thank you? Deb
