hi everyone. It is so nice to communicate with everyone. Jude let me know

about all your well wishes and I so much appreciate your thoughts and

prayers. I had 1000 messages on the 'puter, so I had to delete them.

My surgery was 11-15. everything went as expected. I wasn't very comfortable

that evening but nothing that I found horrible, I got up and walked etc, etc,

and was doing well enough that my IV was removed. anyway, very shortly I

started to experience different symptoms. I had developed pneumonia, a

sometimes complications of general anesthesia. Dr. Rutledge was wonderful, I

have to admit that I wasn't the most compliant patient. But he managed to get

me back to good in spite of myself. Anyways, I went to clinic today, (lost

18.5#) but wasn't feeling good because I wasn't following his instructions. I

started taking what he wrote and already feel tons better, just since this

afternoon. So anyways, I am so glad to have crossed over, I need to get back

into my paperwork and start taking everything on schedule. I am looking

forward to this next stage.

I need to get back on my feet and am going to sign off for awhile. I'll post

back on once in awhile. thanks again for everything. Jil
