Guest guest
Jerry, My only choices with her are Ultram...which does nothing, darvocet 60 amonth or vicodin 30 a month. I do have my percocet but thats so strong I try to not take it unless I really have too. So I feel like I am in between a rocka nd a hard space. Thanks for answering. I am really sweating this question. Sandy in Ca -------------- Original message -------------- Hi Sandy, Here's what I suggest. Try some different meds and see what works for you. Everyone is different. The reason your pharmacists says those things is that there is new research done into pain all the time.
Guest guest
Well Sandy, my suggestion is for you to find another doctor. Limiting your access to pain killers when you have this disease is immoral and unethical, in my opinion. You need to be exposed to any method of treatment that will produce results. Most of us " old-timers " here have had to find a doctor that understands this disease. Many more than once. Either find another doctor who understands this disease process or ask for a referral to a pain doctor. You will never get any relief on such a silly, inappropriate regimen. Good luck to you.
