Guest guest
I know seeds are to be removed from foods, but what about from zucchini? They seem small and soft so I wasn't sure. Diane
Guest guest
I avoid seeds in general, but eat the seeds in my well-cooked zucchini. Has not been a problem. I always see other seeds in the loo if I do on occasion eat them. > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: <pecanbread > >Subject: seeds >Date: Sun, 7 Oct 2007 11:22:30 -0500 > >I know seeds are to be removed from foods, but what about from zucchini? >They seem small and soft so I wasn't sure. > >Diane > >
Guest guest
Diane, Elaine told me that the seeds from zucchini are OK and do not need to be removed. Mimi
Guest guest
Hi Diane, If you have small zucchini (courgettes) don't worry about the seeds. If you have big zucchini with mature seeds you should remove them.
