Guest guest
We just got a used Breville Juice Extractor so that we could make juice for our daughter. I understand why we have to peel and de-seed fruits and vegetables when cooking them, but the juice extractor will take out the juice while leaving all the pulp behind. Do I still need to peel it first to be SCD legal (and if so, can you explain why since I'm tired of peeling all these apples to making applesauce and would like to skip this step for the juice) I'm planning on starting out with apple juice first and freezing it for later use. Thanks! Janelle dd age 6, ADHD, behaviors, constipation, SCD day
Guest guest
Good news, Janelle1 You do not have to peel the fruits and veggies if your juicer leaves all that behind. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
