For some reason she waited until I posted my surgery date before

sending the infamous letter. Below is my response - not that she will

pay any attention to it.

For your information, I did check out your web site as part of my

extensive research. For someone who was so pro Dr. R, you sure have

changed your views. Did you not do your research up front? There are

mobidity and mortality risks with any surgery, and Dr. R does his best

to make sure patients understand this.

I happened to have a very extensive medical background, and I do not

appreciate the way you twist things to fit what you want people to

hear. I have had several doctors who are very much anti-RNY, and

basically anti-WLS in general, review the materials, and they are

anxiously awaiting my results, so they can refer other patients. As

for the physicians you list as being against the surgery, just as in a

trial, you can find " experts " who are willing to agree or disagree

with anything.

As for your scare tactics, don't try to use them on me. Also, this is

formal notice that I do not want you to contact me in any way, shape,

or form. Although, I am certainly not a suit-happy person, I have won

a judgement against ATT for its telemarketing techniques and

harrassment, and I won't hesitate to pursue the same with you. If you

want to play your psycho games, please do it elsewhere.

With the amount of anger you exhibit, I doubt it is possible, but try

to have a nice day.
