Guest guest
Tonight my son's pupils were very large (he has this off and on) and he had pinkish-purple on his bottom eye lids (also has from time to time) These symptoms went away when I started SCD a week ago. I'm sure this is a reaction to food. I'm thinking it's to phenols. He had diluted apple cider, egg pancake (eggs, chicken), 1 square of legal grape juice gelatin, 1 mini muffin (chicken, butternut squash, banana, baking soda). Does this sound like he might have a problem with phenols in the fruit or what. I use to give him Houston brand No Phenol enzymes. I'm not sure if the ones I have is legal. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks. Diane (mom to 8 year old son with autism)
Guest guest
The no pheols should be legal as long as the do not have rice bran in them. The ones we use are legal and only have cellulose and water listed as extra ingredients. pecanbread has a great list of supplements and legal and illegal additives. --- Diane wrote: > Tonight my son's pupils were very large (he has this > off and on) and he had pinkish-purple on his bottom > eye lids (also has from time to time) These symptoms > went away when I started SCD a week ago. Guest guest
The " rice bran " in Houston enzymes is actually rice bran *oil* and is therefore legal. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
