Guest guest
I had my panc removed 10 months ago and had 2 surgeries back to back last May. I was just recovering from those last surgeries and was doing great until a few weeks ago. My pain and nausea has returned and has gotten progressively worse. The last few days my stools have been white. Otherwise normal and I do take creon will all meals. I have forgotten and few times and had steatorrhea, but this white stool is new to me. I had a ct scan last monday and saw the doc on wednesday of last week. Everything looked fine on the scan according to him. However, I have been feeling pretty louy most of this weekend. I emailed him this morning telling him about the stools and my malaise and he emaled me back saying he wanted to see me in the morning. I have been seeing this guy for 5 years almost and I have alwaysed made my appts in the latter part of the afternoon and he knows that. So him wanting me there in the morning does make me a little nervous. I know that when my panc was at it worse I had pale oiley stools but I am worried about my liver. The doc did say last week he thought I might have adhesions. I know I should just relax and not worry, but I do worry. Cant help it, its in my blood. If anybody knows anything about having these types of problems after having a total pancreatectomy, I would really appreciate some input. Thanks (SC)
Guest guest
, With our luck it's normal to worry. I think you are on the right track when you say liver. Hopefully, it is nothing too big. Crystal
