Guest guest
, MCT oil stands for medium chain triglyceride oil. It is an oil or liguid comprised of medium chain triglycerides that has been pre-digested, making it very easy to digest for people with malabsorption problems. It is often used in hospitals in a patient's nutritional IV or for people with digestive problems as a supplement to help them gain weight. I've used it, and it did work for me. I hope this answers your question. If you want a more technical explanation, just ask, and I'll give you all the technical information, too.
