Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Hi, My name is Liz and I am a post op of 12/20/99. I just wanted to

wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. This will be my first

Thanksgiving as a post op and can't believe how far I have come in 11

months since I have had the MGB. I will be especially thankful this

year for my new life. I started out at 5'11 and 280 pounds and I am

now down to 154. I had gotten down to 149 but these dang scales keep

going up and down lately. I have really got to stay away from them

they drive me crazy. Anyways I wanted to say thanks to Dr. Rutledge

but I also wanted to say thanks to myself for allowing myself to

become healthy and stay healthy. Have a great day everyone. One more

thing I wanted to invite all of you over to the new board I started

you can register on e-groups to become a memeber. It is called MGB-

REALTRUTH. We have a really good group of people over there posting

some are postops and some are preops. Come on over and say hello. Liz
