Guest guest
I've been making the kids popsiycles for a while now. Half juice and half water and recently I've been adding just a splash of the probiotic. Am I wasting it by freezing it? I know heat can make it ineffective but what does freezing do to it? Guest guest
Freezing kills some of it, I don't know how much. Cooking kills them all.
