Guest guest
Hi Christy, It isn't that peanut butter is a No-no or illegal, but that some were eating lots of peanut butter and having problems, so we suggested that introucing it after some healing occurs speeds the healing process. If your daughter tolerates the pnut butter than go ahead and continue to use. If she is still symptomatic consider using some of the easier to digest nuts: like almonds and pecans. Many places carry legal almond butter and pecan butter is pretty easy to make if you have a food processor. (spin pecans until smooth with metal blade and a little oil to get it started.) But My daughter's issue with leaky gut subsided with GFCF diet but I know what we are doing is helping b/c she is going sometimes twice a day not loose either, than every other day. > Christy > [sPAM] Re: Fruit and honey > > Hi , Hi , > I thought I'd put in my two cents worth. > Our experience has been that the only > fruit we've ever had problems with has > been apples.
