Guest guest
In looking back at old messages here it seems pretty clear that the Knudsen's " Just Juice " line is fine but I am wondering about the organic pear juice. Messages suggested it was pear and other things but the label now reads, per their website, only " Juice From Ripe, Whole Organic Pears. Ascorbic Acid (To Maintain Color) " . Does anyone know if this is a change that might make the pear juice legal? I am glad to see that many of their just juices are now avail. in certified organic versions, since we try to be as exclusively organic as we can. (PS, we start the intro diet tomorrow - I introduced a lot of intro foods this week so he would not be surprised when I took away non-legal foods this weekend and he has surprised me by eating them up. So right now, I am feeling pretty positive!) Thanks. Kim Mom to Henry, 7.5 Enterocolotis, LNH, esophogial esinophils Just starting (10/07)! Guest guest
We have given the ok to the " Just Juice " line only. For anything else, more knowledge of the process would be needed, along with a hand- written signed letter on company letterhead. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
Hi Kim, Elaine spoke to Knudsen representatives and described her requirements. After discussing it Elaine said that the Just juice line was okay for SCDers but that none of their other juices were. At that time people had asked about the pear juice.
