Seeking Hotel Advice

I will be having my MGB on 12-20 and will be staying over Christmas. My

mother will be coming with me and I want a very nice " suite " for her. She is

from Germany and Christmas is VERY important to her. Of course you don't

have to be from Europe to feel this way but my mom is a very elegant and

traditional lady. She would kill me if she know I was saying this but I

really want her to be in the nicest suite possible for the Holidays and of

course one I can afford.(Thanks to the latest " up front " cost- that amount is

dropping quickly)

Please send suggestions.

Hawthorn Suites has a two bedroom suite for $79 a night through Med-Stay.

This hotel is nice and spacious. It is also very quiet and peaceful. I am

very picky about hotels and I was very comfortable here. You can go on their

website (HawthornSuites.Com) and take a virtual tour of their 2 bedroom suite

as well.

I booked my car through Expedia.Com and got a full size through Avis for $199

a week. You can also book through Priceline.Com and get a good rate.

Sorry, no advice about hotels. However, my mom and I are going to be

there for my surgery on the 21st. We are staying at th Holiday Inn (my

dad works for them and got us a great rate). I will be going to clinic

on Tuesday the 19th. Maybe we will meet each other. Good luck!
